Move Physiotherapy and Pilates is a newly established clinic based in the beautiful Streaky Bay, SA.
My vision for Move is to deliver a quality service with less of a clinical feel and more of a COMMUNITY vibe so that clients can walk away feeling calm and empowered to achieve their goals. What is Pilates and how is it different from other forms of exercise?Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. It involves a series of controlled movements that are designed to improve posture, balance, and coordination. Unlike other forms of exercise that may involve high-impact movements or heavy weights, Pilates is gentle on the joints and can be modified to suit different fitness levels and abilities. It is also a great form of exercise for people with chronic pain or injuries, as it can help to improve mobility and reduce pain over time.
